When you share information with us, i.e. by sending in one of our quote forms, we can provide you with a personalized quotation from top-rated admitted insurance carriers doing business in the state of California. Or, if you have a more specialized insurance need, we can search one of our non-admitted insurance carriers in order to provide proper insurance related coverage.

Information we collect
We collect information in order to provide top-notch insurance related products to all of our customers, whether or not you have existing claims, tickets or accidents, we will do our best to provide each client with a competitive quote and quality insurance-related coverage’s.
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us through quote forms and/or by telephone. For example, many of our services require you to fill out an online insurance quote form. When you do this, we’ll ask for personal information like your name, email address, telephone number and information related to the property or risk you’d like to have insured. Please note that we NEVER collect credit card or social security number information on our forms. Furthermore, we do not store such information. Items like social security numbers are NOT required in the state of California except in the case of financial services products like, life insurance and/or annuities.
How we use information we collect
When you contact CaliforniaIns.com, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our other products or services, such as adding additional insurance coverage’s and/or adding completely new insurance policies.
Information we share
We do NOT share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of CaliforniaIns.com unless one of the following circumstances apply:

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.
